Wireless Energy Saving Device (Acc+)

Our new wireless energy saving device is ideal for helping investment property owners gain control of their increasing utility bills. Acc+ allows for control of how rental guests use your rental property and reduces the wear and tear on your HVAC system. But most important – It saves money!!

Today – you know all too well what happens. When guests arrive at our property – the first thing they do is drop there bags, turn down the thermostat and open up the sliding glass doors to take in the spectacular view and fresh warm air! And then the door stays open indefinitely. This new device helps stop this from happening. When guests leave the sliding glass door open to long (over 35 seconds) – the wireless device shuts off the compressor and the air conditioning will not re-start until the door or window is closed. A small LED light communicates if the HVAC system is running (green) or shut off (red) – thus advising the guest to close the door.

Guests don’t leave doors open at home – Why? – because they know it runs up their utility bill. They need to begin treating your rental property the same. But more importantly – this new energy saving device supports the current “Green Initiative.” Please keep in mind:

SAFETY +

SAFETY + will provide child safety and energy savings all in one; here's how. The Door / Window Sensor is designed to monitor any door or widow. When a monitored window or door is opened, the receiver will alert you for up to 3 minutes, until opening is shut, therefore preventing children from leaving unexpectedly and guests of leaving doors and windows open while owners pay high energy costs.
